Swiss Roll with raspberry jam

Recipe

240g eggs

105 castor sugar

60ml cake flour

60ml corn flour

60ml cocoa powder

4g baking powder

2g salt

Bake: 200degrees Celsius

Whisk the eggs and sugar together till white and fluffy.

Sieve the cake flour, corn flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together.

Mix them to the egg mixture and fold in together.

Line up the baking sheet on a tray and pour the mixture into the tray and bake for 7min
