Recipe:
5 Fish hake fillets
Butter
Lemon
Thyme
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Paprika
LEMON& BUTTER SAUCE

METHOD
Before cooking marinate the fillets with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika and lemon.. and then in a hot pan put butter and let it melt then add the fish fillets frying the skin side first for two minutes then turn to the other side and fry for two minutes. Take out the fish and in the very same pan add butter,lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir it until all the flavors come together and then drizzle over the fish.
Serve with roasted vegetables and creamy mash potatoes.
